1. Overview
We collect as little as possible and are transparent about it. Many tools run entirely in your browser and never send your files to us at all.
2. File uploads & processing
When a tool needs server processing, your file is uploaded only to perform the task you requested and is deleted automatically shortly afterwards (typically within an hour). We do not view, share or sell your files. Browser-based tools keep your file on your device.
3. Account information
If you create an account we store your name, email, a securely hashed password and your plan/subscription status, plus your tool history so it syncs across devices. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard.
4. AI tools & API usage
When you use an AI tool, the text or input you provide may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a result, and we record anonymous usage counts to enforce fair-use limits. We do not use your inputs to train our own models.
5. Billing & payments
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details; we keep only the records needed to manage your subscription (such as plan, status and a processor customer ID).
7. User-generated content
Content you submit (such as support messages, feedback or anything you choose to publish) is used to provide and improve the Service. Do not include sensitive personal data you would not want processed.
8. Security & data handling
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls — to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk low and remove data we no longer need.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and contact us about any privacy request at hello@ezytoolz.com. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
