1. Subscription plans
Paid plans (Pro, AI Pro and Pro + AI) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. See pricing for current rates.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, so your access is never interrupted. We may send a reminder before renewal where required.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to the free plan. No partial-period charges apply after cancelling.
4. Refunds
Because the Service is digital and available immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error, experienced a billing fault, or were unexpectedly charged on a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@ezytoolz.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
