Since our website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Digital V-Cards and SaaS Subscriptions), we do not provide refunds once the product is purchased and access is granted. You acknowledge this prior to purchasing any product or subscription on our website.
1. Digital Goods Policy

No Returns: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final.

Instant Access: As access to the digital card builder and premium templates is granted immediately upon payment, the service is considered “consumed” at the point of purchase.
2. Exceptions & Technical Errors

Double Payment: In case of a double payment or multiple charges for the same plan due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Service Failure: If you face a technical issue where the service is not delivered even after successful payment, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days, a refund may be initiated at the company’s discretion.
3. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard to avoid future billings. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
