1. Acceptance of terms
By using EzyToolz (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You can use most tools without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to upload or process content you do not have the right to use. You must not misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, bypass limits, scrape it at scale, or use it to create unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
4. File uploads & your content
You retain ownership of files and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to perform the task you requested. Files are removed automatically after processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
5. AI tools & API usage
AI-powered tools may rely on third-party AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose — review it before relying on it (see our Disclaimer). Fair-use limits apply on free and Pro plans; AI plans include unlimited use subject to anti-abuse safeguards.
6. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyToolz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. See the full Disclaimer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
