At PSDStack, all templates and digital assets are provided under a simple and designer-friendly license. Our goal is to help you use our designs confidently for personal, client, and commercial projects without confusion.

When you purchase or download any product from PSDStack, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the file according to the terms outlined below.

What You Are Allowed To Do

All PSDStack templates can be used for personal and commercial purposes. You are free to customize, edit, and adapt the designs to suit your project needs.

You may use our templates for:

  • Client projects and freelance work

  • Business branding and promotional materials

  • Social media posts, ads, and marketing creatives

  • Print materials such as visiting cards, flyers, brochures, banners, menus, certificates, and invitations

  • Digital use including websites, thumbnails, reels covers, and presentations

You are allowed to use the same template for multiple projects and clients, as long as the end product is delivered as a final design output (image, PDF, print file, etc.).

What Is Not Allowed

To protect our designers and platform, redistribution of files is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute PSD files as standalone products

  • Upload PSDStack files to other marketplaces, websites, or groups

  • Offer the files as free downloads or include them in bundles

  • Share editable source files with clients or third parties

  • Claim the original design as your own creation

The license applies only to the final exported design, not the editable source file.

Free PSD Templates License

Free PSD templates provided on PSDStack are licensed for personal and limited commercial use, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Attribution may be required for free products. Please check individual product descriptions for specific usage terms.

Ownership & Copyright

All templates, designs, and assets available on PSDStack remain the intellectual property of PSDStack and its contributors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the product, not the copyright.

License Violations

Any misuse, redistribution, or violation of these license terms may result in:

  • License termination

  • Legal action in serious cases
